<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
This error is reported when the Trendsetter needs to get a plate from the preloader, but
the preloader is not positioned properly in front of the Trendsetter. When the preloader
is properly in place, it sets a bit that the Trendsetter can read, and also closes the safety
loop that lets the picker move up and down.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
This "in-place" signal will also go low if the Preloader is not fully turned on (power to PLC is
turned off), if the front door is open, or if the Preloader's emergency stop switch is pressed.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
It may be useful to consult the preloader display for more information.
